Every spring, for the past 52 years, about 10,000 people gather on the campus of Penn State Altoona for this time-honored festival. They gather to perform, create, dine, listen to music, watch performing artists, browse through art exhibits, and shop for unique, hand-crafted treasures. Their souls are nourished by the sights, sounds, aromas, tastes, and textures provided by the Arts Festival. The beautiful, park-like campus of Penn State Altoona provides the picturesque background for all of these enriching experiences. The Blair County Arts Festival is presented by the Blair County Arts Foundation.
